Hand scraped wood floors can help give a room a warm look and cozy atmosphere, with variations in patterns from plank to plank. The artisan-like craftsmanship of hand scraped wood provides a beautiful and practical flooring option for your home.

T & G  (More suitable for Plywood core) Tongue and groove is the traditional method to fit flooring. The planks of flooring have one long side and one short side with a tongue (machined protruding edge) and one long side and one short side with a groove (machined rebated edge). When fitted together the tongue should fit into the groove perfectly creating smooth, gapless flooring. The floor can either be secret nailed, secret screwed or glued directly down to the subfloor, or can be floated over an underlay by gluing along the length and width of the plank and pushing them together. Tongue and groove flooring is available in both soild and engineered wood, so can be fitted on any subfloor that has been well prepared. The down side of tongue and groove flooring is that it can be quite challenging to install and may need a professional wooden floor fitter to ensure the floor is correctly installed and to obtain minimum wastage.

We have 3 high-speed melamine paper printing lines, capable of printing 15 tons of paper per day, which can be used for flooring of 12500 square meters. 

We have 12 impregnating lines, which can produce melamine paper of 70,000 piece per day, which can be used for flooring of 60,000,000 square meters per month. 

Our 10 pressing lines can finish pressing 15,000 boards per day, equal to 45,000 square meters of flooring. The capacity of our cutting line is 2.1 million square meters per month.

We have 8 profiling lines, the capacity of which is 2,1 million square meters per month as well.

 We have our own full industrial chain for production of laminate flooring, i.e.we have our own melamine paper priting line, workshop for melaminepaper impregnation, pressing, cutting and profiling.
